Overview
Restorative Justice
Training and program support that helps communities respond to harm through accountability, empathy, and repair—rather than punishment alone.
Traditional punitive responses to wrongdoing often leave victims unheard, offenders unchanged, and communities fractured. Global Training Network offers restorative justice training that introduces a fundamentally different approach—one centred on acknowledging harm, understanding its impact, and co-creating paths to repair.
Our programs teach the principles and practices of restorative conferences, circles, and conferencing models. Participants learn to facilitate conversations where those affected by harm can share their experiences, offenders take meaningful responsibility, and collective agreements emerge to prevent recurrence.
GTN supports schools, workplaces, justice-adjacent organizations, and faith communities in adopting restorative practices that promote dignity, reduce recidivism, and strengthen the social fabric.
